Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Return postage must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order. Return postage will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
If the item was damaged in the mail or if you receive the wrong item, we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email photos and a description of the damage to buck@buckspencerart.com.
